Built, Not Born

People stop me at the gym all the time. "How do you do it, Billy?" "How do you keep it together at your age?" And then I get the one that really gets me — "It must be genetics." No. Wrong answer. Genetics didn't wake me up for the early morning ride. Genetics didn't put the right food on my plate for 50 years.

It's sticking to it. Eating right. Living right. That's the whole secret. It's not complicated — it just takes the kind of commitment that most people talk about but don't actually have.

I do. And at 77, the body I'm walking around in is the evidence. I'm not holding it back — I want to share the system with anyone willing to put in the work.

Age Is Not an Excuse

I have both shoulders broken — they need reconstruction. No cartilage in my knees, bone on bone. My back is the same story. I train through pain every single day and I look like this. So when someone tells me they can't get in shape because of their age or their injuries, I have to smile.

Your best years are not behind you. With cycling, smart nutrition, and intelligent training, you can be in better shape at 60, 70, or 77 than you were at 40. I'm the living proof. Not everybody looks like me at 77 — but more people could, if they stopped making excuses and started making decisions.

Core Beliefs

What I Stand For

⏱️
Consistency Wins
I've been at this for 50 years — not because I had to, but because I chose to, every single day. That's what the result looks like. No secret formula. Just showing up.
🔬
Evidence Over Hype
My body is the program. Not a trending app or a 30-day challenge. Fifty years of boring, consistent work. Stop looking for shortcuts that don't exist.
🎯
Purpose-Driven Living
I take care of my body because I have a life to live and I intend to live it fully. That's the only motivation you need. Everything else is noise.
🤝
Sharing the Method
I spent decades figuring this out — sometimes the very hard way. Broken shoulders, blown-out knees, ego-driven mistakes I paid for. You don't have to repeat them. That's why I teach.

Strong All the Way

What's most important is that my absolute love for all of this shows — it can't be helped. When you're with me, watching me, or listening to me, that joy is infectious. You can't help but feel what I'm feeling.

We're only given one body to take us from the beginning to the end. I don't want to limp to the finish line. I want to be strong all the way.
