Why Trust Me
For as long as I can remember — and I say this without trying to sound narcissistic — people have come up to me and asked the same question. How do you do it? How do you get muscles like that? How are you cut like that? What's the magic? Is it genetics? What's your secret? And right behind that one, always: how old are you?
I've given out more advice than I can count. And a lot of times, it came back to me. People would stop me and say, "Look at me. I followed your advice. I'm so happy with myself." And I'd ask, "How did you finally get there?"
They'd say the same thing, in different words: After talking to you, I felt motivated. I felt inspired. Not because of what I said, but because of how I lived it. They'd seen my dedication. My consistency. My trial and error — the real process of figuring out what actually works, not some recycled tip from a twenty-three-year-old on Instagram who's only in good shape because biology hasn't caught up with him yet.
So who are you really listening to?
I wouldn't trust a money manager who's broke. So why would you trust a coach, a trainer, a fitness "expert" who doesn't exemplify the very thing you're trying to become?
The most amazing thing in the world is looking in the mirror at the hard work you've put in — and actually admiring what you've sculpted. Not for vanity. For proof. Proof that discipline works. Proof that you can build something out of nothing but consistency and time.
This has been my life since I was twelve years old. Looking back, I think it's the one thing that kept me walking the straight line — when there were so many other directions I could've gone, and most of them weren't healthy ones.
So, how old am I? I just tell them. I'm 77. No games, no dodge — the number is the point. It's proof, not something to hide.
Five decades in, and yeah — I've basically got a year-round Beachbody. No 90-day program required.
How This Works
I've built this site so we can actually talk first — before anything else. No funnel, no forced sign-up wall. Just a real conversation about where you are and where you want to be.
After that, if it feels right, you can join as a member for ongoing coaching. If you're in the Los Angeles area, we can work together in person. If not, we'll do this virtually or over email — built to feel as close to one-on-one as physically possible from a distance.
Either way, you're not getting advice from someone who read about it. You're getting it from someone who's lived it — every rep, every setback, every adjustment — for over five decades.
Work With Me
Personal coaching. Nutrition guidance. Cycling programs. Weight management. Body sculpting. I've spent 77 years building this system — and I'm still using it every day. You're getting the real thing.
